About us

GLP-1 journeys are
personal.

Longevity started with people navigating GLP-1-supported weight loss in mind: reduced appetite can make adequate food, protein and fluids harder to manage; weight loss can include muscle. These risks are not inevitable. We put self-care first, then offer tracking, approachable resistance training and adaptive coaching — whether or not medication is part of your story.

Why we built around GLP-1 journeys

Some GLP-1 medications reduce appetite, which can make adequate nutrition and fluids difficult. Weight loss can include muscle, and lean mass is broader than muscle, so we builtLongevity to make nutrition awareness and regular resistance training easier to understand and practice. Our GLP-1 guide shares the source context and the limits of what coaching can say.

We still believe the best plan is the one that fits real life. Elle, your AI coach, uses your logged meals, training and check-ins about appetite and energy to guide adjustments to your plan. Progress that survives a rough week is more useful than a perfect plan you cannot repeat.

GLP-1 users are our primary audience for this education, but they are not our only audience. Anyone who wants practical protein guidance, approachable strength training and coaching informed by their history can find a place here — with clinician or dietitian guidance where individual health questions begin.

What we believe about sustainable strength

01

Decades over dopamine

We optimize for the habit you'll still have at 70, not this week's badge.

02

Coaching that listens

A plan should bend around your life. Elle adapts before you can fall off.

03

Privacy first

Your health data is never sold and never used to train foundation AI models. You can delete everything, anytime.

04

Honest limits

Longevity is a coach, not a clinic. We're clear about where coaching ends and medical care begins.
